بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم


إلى إخواننا المجاهدين في الشام, إن جهادكم جهاد أكّد به الرسول –صلى الله عليه وسلم – بأنه أفضل الجهاد , وهو جهاد الذي تنتظره الأمة و ترجوه , واهتمت الأمة إلى جهادكم اهتماما بليغا.إنّ في جهادكم دور كبير في إنقاذ المظلومين و في تأسيس الدولة و الخلافة على منهج النبوة من جديد



و من قلب عميق أرجو منكم أن تسامحوني في أن أضع هذه الأمنية العظيمة في أكتافكم القوية واثبتوا في جهادكم المبارك إلى أن يأتيكم إحدى الحسنيين , إما النصر أو الشهادة



التزموا بشريعة الإسلام و اجتنبوا المعاصي مهما صغرت , لأن العصيان مهما صغرت يكون سببا للهزيمة كما قال به عمر بن الخطاب –رضي الله عنه



ركّزوا مقاومتكم للعدو النصيري و أعوانه , لأن وجودهم في أرض الشام يكون مانعا في إقامة شرع الله في أرض الشام المبارك. وفي نفس الوقت بدأ العدو الغرب و أعوانه توحّدوا للتخطيط في هجومكم و إبادتكم



ستمرّ الأيام صعبة و شاق ولكن, اعلموا أن المحن و الابتلاءات التي تحلّ بكم اليوم دليل على أنكم على الحق و دليل صدقكم . أليس الرسول – صلى الله عليه وسلم- و أصحابه – رضوان الله عليهم – مرّ بمثل ما مررتم اليوم من الشدائد والمحن والابتلاءات؟ وهي مرحلة لولا النصر من الله لانهزم المسلمون .لقوله تعالى


لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللّهُ فِي مَوَاطِنَ كَثِيرَةٍ وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ فَلَمْ تُغْنِ عَنكُمْ شَيْئًا وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ ثُمَّ وَلَّيْتُم مُّدْبِرِينَ* ثُمَّ أَنَزلَ اللّهُ سَكِينَتَهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَعَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَأَنزَلَ جُنُودًا لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَعذَّبَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَذَلِكَ جَزَاء الْكَافِرِينَ التوبة 25-26



وقوله تعالى : إِذْ جَاؤُوكُم مِّن فَوْقِكُمْ وَمِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنكُمْ وَإِذْ زَاغَتْ الأَبْصَارُ وَبَلَغَتِ الْقُلُوبُ الْحَنَاجِرَ وَتَظُنُّونَ بِاللَّهِ الظُّنُونَا* هُنَالِكَ ابْتُلِيَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَزُلْزِلُوا زِلْزَالا شَدِيدًا الأحزاب : 10-11



وحّدوا صفوفكم في قتال أعدائكم, وهم كل من لا يرضى أن تقام شريعة الله في الشام .



أنا ماالتقيت بكم. وسمعت أنكم تتكون من الكتائب و الجبهات ولكنّي أعلم يقينا بأن هدفكم واحد و عقيدتكم واحدة و أمنيتكم واحدة.



علمت أن الآن ابتليتم بالخلاف الواقع بينكم ولكني لا أريد أن اقع في التعصب لإحدى الفصائل و الطعن في الأخرى كما يفعله بعض النشطاء. لأنني لم أكن موجودا بين أيديكم ولم أتمكن من الحكم على الخلاف فيكم. ولكن, أدعوكم جميعا يا مجاهدي الشام أن تجاهدوا وفق جهاد الرسول – صلى الله عليه وسلم – وهو جهاد تحت صف واحد. كما قال تعالى : إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُمْ بُنْيَانٌ مَرْصُوصٌ الصف : 4 .


وصل إلينا أخبار الخلاف بينكم من الإنترنت ولكني أعلم يقينا أن ما وراء هذه الأخبار المحزنة مؤامرة العدو الذي يريد ان تختلفوا و تتفرقوا ومن الأسف الشديد نجد بعض المسلمين والنشطاء ساهموا في هذا الخلاف من غير أن يشعر. ويكون كلامهم و أفعالهم مطابقا لما يريده العدوّ والعياذ بالله.



ولذلك أطيعوا أمر الله و رسوله -صلى الله عليه وسلم – لقوله تعالى : يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا لَقِيتُمْ فِئَةً فَاثْبُتُوا وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ . وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلَا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ غ– وَاصْبِرُوا غڑ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ الأنفال 45-46 .



يا مجاهد الشام لولا الطاغوت الذي منعني في السجن و وضع الحواجز بين بلدان المسلمين فبإذن الله سأجاهد معكم في أرضكم و سأكن معكم في صفكم.



ولكني أعلم يقينا أن الله الذي رفع السماء بلا عمد لن ينام أبدا. وهو يسمع كل دعائي لكم في أن يوحّد صفوفكم و يؤلّف قلوبكم و ينصركم أو يمنحكم بالشهادة و أن يهلك الطواغيت الموجودة في العالم كلها و بالخصوص طاغوت سورية و اليمن.



و أخيرا أقول لإخواني المسلمين في الشام و المجاهدين : لن تكونوا منفردين , ها نحن نبذل كل ما نستطيع لنصرتكم , أنا في سجن طاغوت إندونسيا , و الشيخ أبو محمد المقدسي , و الشيخ أيمن الظواهري في سياحته تحت طلب العدو و كل المسلمين لن ننساكم . أنتم إخواننا و شقائقنا. و نداوم دعاءنا لكم و ستستمر نصرتنا لكم.



اللّهم انصر إخواننا مجاهدين في الشام و في يمن و في كلّ مكان واجمع كلمتهم والّف بين قلوبهم وأيّدهم بجنودك من السماء وانصرهم نصرا مؤرّرا



اللّهم أهلك الطواغين والمنافقين في الشام و في يمن و في كلّ مكان الّذين يصدّون عن سبيلك ويبدّلون دينك ويعادون المؤمنين



اللّهم خالف كلمتهم وشتّت بين قلوبهم وا جعل تدمير هم في تدبريهم وأدر عليهم دائرةالسّوء



اللّهم أنزل بهم بأسك الّذى لا يردّ عن القوم المجرمين



اللهم مجرى السّحا ب ومنزل الكتاب وهازم ا لأحزاب إهزمهم وزلزلهم وانصرنا عليهم



وصلّى الله على محمّد و على اله و أصحابه ومن تبعهم إلى يو م الدين امين

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم


To our Mujahideen brothers in Sham, the Messenger - peace and blessings of Allah be upon Him – has attested that your jihad is the best jihad. It is the kind of jihad that has been awaited for and sought after by the Ummah. The Ummah paid close attention to your jihad, as your jihad plays a great role in saving the oppressed and in establishing the State and the Caliphate on the method of the prophecy again.



With a deep heart, I ask you to forgive me as I place this great wish on your strong shoulders, and to continue to be steadfast in your blessed jihad, and to be blessed with either of the honors: victory or martyrdom.



Adhere to Islamic Shariah and avoid sin no matter how small it is. As Umar Bin al-Khattab - may Allah be pleased with him - said, no matter how small the sin, it will be the cause of defeat.



Concentrate your offensive against the Nusairi enemy and its supporters, because their presence in Sham hinders establishing Allah’s Shariah in the blessed land of Sham. At the same time, the enemy in the West and its allies have aligned together to attack and annihilate you.



Hard and tough days will come, but know that daily adversity and tribulations afflicting you is a testament to the correctness of your way and your sincerity. Didn’t the Messenger – peace and blessings of be upon Him – and His Companions – may Allah be pleased with them – come across the same adversity and tribulations? It is a stage that if it wasn’t for Allah’s victory, the Muslims would have been defeated.


The Almighty says:


لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللّهُ فِي مَوَاطِنَ كَثِيرَةٍ وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ فَلَمْ تُغْنِ عَنكُمْ شَيْئًا وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ ثُمَّ وَلَّيْتُم مُّدْبِرِينَ * ثُمَّ أَنَزلَ اللّهُ سَكِينَتَهُ عَلَى رَسُولِهِ وَعَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَأَنزَلَ جُنُودًا لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَعذَّبَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَذَلِكَ جَزَاء الْكَافِرِينَ


Assuredly Allah did help you in many battle-fields and on the day of Hunain: Behold! your great numbers elated you, but they availed you naught: the land, for all that it is wide, did constrain you, and ye turned back in retreat. * But Allah did pour His calm on the Messenger and on the Believers, and sent down forces which ye saw not: He punished the Unbelievers; thus doth He reward those without Faith. (At-Tawbah: 25-26)


And the Almighty says:


إِذْ جَاؤُوكُم مِّن فَوْقِكُمْ وَمِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنكُمْ وَإِذْ زَاغَتْ الأَبْصَارُ وَبَلَغَتِ الْقُلُوبُ الْحَنَاجِرَ وَتَظُنُّونَ بِاللَّهِ الظُّنُونَا * هُنَالِكَ ابْتُلِيَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَزُلْزِلُوا زِلْزَالا شَدِيدًا


Behold! they came on you from above you and from below you, and behold, the eyes became dim and the hearts gaped up to the throats, and ye imagined various (vain) thoughts about Allah! * In that situation were the Believers tried: they were shaken as by a tremendous shaking. (Al-Ahzab: 10-11)


Unite your ranks in fighting your enemies, as they are not accepting of establishing Allah’s Shariah in Sham.



I have not met you, but I have heard that you have formed battalions and fronts, and I certainly know that your target is one, your creed is one, and your wishes are one.



I know that you have been plagued by inter-conflict, but I do not want to take sides with any faction and bash the other as some of the other activists do, as I am not amongst you and unable to rule on your conflict. I call upon you, O Mujahideen of Sham, to participate in jihad as the Messenger – peace and blessings of Allah be upon Him – did jihad in a single row.



As the Almighty says:


إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُمْ بُنْيَانٌ مَرْصُوصٌ


Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure. (As-Saff: 4)


We received news from the internet about the conflict amongst you. Without any doubt, I know that the conspiring enemy is behind such sad news wanting you to digress and scatter. It is with great sorrow that we find that some of the Muslims and activists unwittingly participated in the conflict with their words and actions just as the enemy wanted.



So obey the order of Allah and His Messenger - peace and blessings of Allah be upon him - as the Almighty says:


يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا لَقِيتُمْ فِئَةً فَاثْبُتُوا وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ كَثِيرًا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ * وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلَا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ غ– وَاصْبِرُوا غڑ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ


O ye who believe! When ye meet a force, be firm, and call Allah in remembrance much (and often); that ye may prosper * And obey Allah and His Messenger; and fall into no disputes, lest ye lose heart and your power depart; and be patient and persevering: For Allah is with those who patiently persevere. (Al-Anfal: 45-46)


O Mujahid in Sham, if not for the tyrants putting me in prison and placing obstacles between the countries of the Muslims, then, Allah permitting, I would have joined your ranks in your land and lived with you in your row.



I undoubtedly know that Allah, He who raised the heavens without pillars, will not sleep. He hears all my supplications to you to unite your ranks, soften your hearts, and grant you victory or martyrdom. Also, to destroy the tyrants all over the world and particularly in Syria and Yemen.



Finally, I say to my Muslim and Mujahideen brothers in Sham: You will not be alone. We are doing everything we can to support you. I am in the Indonesian prison and Sheikh Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi and Sheikh Ayman al-Zawahiri, who is wanted by the enemy along with all the Muslims, will not forget you. You are our brothers and you will be in our constant supplication and support.



O Allah, grant victory to the Mujahideen in Sham and Yemen and everywhere, and gather their word and place an affinity in their hearts, and unite them with Your soldiers in the heavens and grant them a decisive victory.



O Allah, destroy the tyrants and the liars in Sham and Yemen and everywhere they oppose you and your religion and antagonize the believers.



O Allah, distract their words, scatter their hearts, and destroy and disperse them.



O Allah, strike them with Your dismay that it even effects the criminals.



O Allah, Ruler of the clouds, Revealer of the Book, and Defeater of the parties, defeat them and grant us victory over them.



May Allah pray on Muhammad and his Companions and those who followed them until the Day of Judgment. Amen.
